Murphy’s Bar is a family-run pub located on Blessington's Main Street, serving as a local favorite and a stop for busy passing trade along the N81 route. Adjacent to the bar is Wonka's Sweet Shop, a charming store offering a variety of old-fashioned sweets, balloons, and party decorations.

Main Responsibilities
• Ensured smooth kitchen operations during busy periods by washing and stocking plates, cutlery, and other essentials to support the chefs.

O'Doherty’s Audio & Video Productions (ODAV) is a family-owned outside broadcast company specializing in the production and broadcasting of Irish horse racing. Based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, ODAV was the primary provider of Irish racing broadcasts to racetracks, SIS, and At The Races. In addition, the company managed public address systems at Irish racecourses and produced coverage for prominent events such as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the Carroll’s Irish Open Golf, the Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis, concerts at the National Concert Hall, and Slane.

Main Responsibilities
